A Big Welcome to T. Elliot Cannon & a Special AMA!
As Town Star’s May Mayhem tournament with $1 million in prizes rages on and Gala Games continues to capture the attention of countless gamers worldwide, it’s time for the announcement of an exciting new member of our winning team. T. Elliot Cannon will be joining us as Town Star Game Director.
T. Elliot Cannon is a 25 year veteran of the video game industry who has had his creative hands in the design and development of multiple million or more copy games over the past few decades. He was one of the original designers at Epic Games in the mid 90s, and in the time since he has led teams in several different countries to design and create some of the best games the world has ever seen.
Mr. Cannon’s broad and valuable experience is not limited to video game design. He is also an innovator of virtual reality in defense consulting. He has worked with the US Department of Defense to design and create Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training. With his unique combination of practical skills and creative vision, Mr. Cannon is able to create advanced digital education systems for military, educational and commercial use all over the world. As a writer, he is also the author of the award-winning historical fiction novel Iron Will Rust. He is also designer and creator of several free Pathfinder and other RPG adventures.
Gala Games is proud to announce that we will be placing Mr. Cannon at the helm of our flagship game, Town Star. His wealth of experience will guide this ship to incredible new lands, and his worthy leadership of the project will allow Michael McCarthy to focus more on Mirandus and other upcoming releases to the Gala Games ecosystem.
